1
Fast is easy. Proof is not.
Apps got groceries to your door quickly. They never showed you whether the pack tells the truth.
2
We read the claim. Then we ask for proof.
A lab report, a licence number, or the label checked line by line against the ingredients.
3
The person who brought it cannot approve it.
A different reviewer says yes, no or tell me more. The decision is written down with a name and a date.
4
Packed by our staff. Carried by our riders.
Your order is packed by NOW staff and picked up by a NOW rider. You see them on the map.
5
A four-digit code. Then it is yours.
Tell your rider the code from the app, take your bag, and the NOW Checked mark stays on every product in it.

We tell you exactly what the NOW Checked mark means and what it does not. It is not a medical claim.
